Following careful consideration in light of the current Covid Crisis regretfully we have decided to cancel Westport Sea2summit 2020.
This has not been an easy decision to make but health & safety is our priority at Westport Sea2Summit.
This has been an exceptionally challenging year for everyone and we must all do our part to protect our own community, our competitors and the wider community from Covid 19.
We are working with the Croagh Patrick Stakeholders Group to protect the heritage of the mountain. We are reducing the number of our competitors taking part in the Supreme Event in order to reduce the traffic on the Cone where the main erosion is occurring.
Westport Sea 2 Summit was to take place on Saturday 7th November. The adventure race celebrated 10 years last year and is a unique event based in the adventure capital of Ireland, Westport. Westport Sea2Summit is organised and run by the Westport Plaza & Castlecourt Hotel Resort under the guidance of Race Director, Paul O ‘Brien of Boot Camp West.
There will be two separate races with three categories in both, which will include a mix of road running, cycling, and a mountain hike.

Duration time for the elite athletes will be around 3.5hrs.
In these two races, there are 3 categories to choose from:
