BIKE DROP: Bikes Can be dropped to Transition Area 1 from 1.30pm
MANDATORY KIT: Portwest & Westport Bike Shop will be at Registration with a limited number of Mandatory Kits for sale.

MANDATORY KIT
This mandatory kit is required by all participants at registration:
PHOTO ID REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION
• Basic first aid kit (Minimum: 1 x Dressing Pad for heavy bleeding (field dressing); 1 x bandage, plasters)
• Survival bag or foil blanket
• Whistle
• Energy food and drink
• Bicycle helmet for cycling section & Mountain Section ** New 2025**
