We are delighted to announce Paul O’Brien as this years Westport Sea2Summit race director. Paul is the creative director of Bootcamp West which he established in Westport in January 2009. He is passionate about sport & fitness and competing in marathons, triathlons and other endurance events. Paul will be running a 12-week training program for Sea2Summit on Saturday mornings starting in August. As well as training sessions, there will be a bike workshop (maintenance, prep etc), a running workshop, a core training module, tips on nutrition & training and more.
